Join Retired U.S. Air Force Col. Howard Moss served two combat tours — one over North and South Vietnam and Laos and one as Chief of the Tiger, Fast Forward Air Controller Program, in Thailand from 1970 to 1971. He flew 341 combat missions and more than 841 combat hours over Vietnam and Laos. He will discuss his experiences during the war as well as the book – titled Kiss the Talisman - he wrote based on his time in southeast Asia.
