Yoga at the Winery

Saturday Mornings at SummerWind is for Yoga! Empower your yoga practice! Join Lydia Talley, a seasoned therapeutic yoga practitioner for an all levels gentle practice!

Starts at 11am.  $20 Cash or Venmo. This fee includes a glass of wine at SummerWind or a non-alcoholic beverage. Bring your yoga mat and water. Class ends at Noon when SummerWind opens for business. Check out the Facebook Group for more info and the instructor schedule.
