We are honored that Smithfield has been named an affiliate harbor of the Sail250 program in Hampton Roads. Book your trip now for the Smithfield Maritime Rendezvous weekend in Smithifeld to discover our charming historic town and be part of this epic celebration! 

Planned actvities:

- Tours of at least two special guest boats - the 72' Chesapeake Bay Skipjack Sigsbee (built in 1901 and one of only a handful of skipjacks still around) and the 50' buyboat Mildred Belle (built in 1948).

- Hands-on, full family educational elements such as knot tying and touch tanks

- Activities on the boardwalk including live music and an Art Show on Saturday 

- Other deals and activities throughout town

- A specialty Farmers Market including locally grown and produced products

- A Pickers Market where you can find vintage and antique items for sale

- Skeeter & Co. Handmade Jewelry Trunk Show at Beyond Main
