Summer Story Walk Series

Take a StoryWalk in Downtown Smithfield - a fun and FREE family activity!

How does it work?

Smithfield Library will be displaying pages along Main Street from different childrens story books. Follow the route to read each page of the story.

Begin by picking up a "Passport" at the Visitor Center (319 Main Street) with instructions. When the StoryWalk is completed children can turn in their passport to the Smithfield Library at 255 James Street to be entered in a drawing.

Week 1 (June 21 - 30)"Give Me Back My Bones" by Kim Norman, along Hayden's Lane

Week 2 (July 11-24)"I'm Getting A Shark" by Brady Smith, at select merchants on Main Street

Week 3 (Aug 1-14) "Swimmy" by Leo Lionni, at select merchants along Main Street
